Stayed here for a business trip, room smelled like smoke, asked for another room, 2nd room smelled like smoke but wasn't as bad. Towels had stains on them, breakfast waffle maker was dirty.. I checked out a day early & was told that i would receive a refund for the 1nd night that i paid for but i never received it..

My room was clean and so was everything else, such as the pool area bathrooms and the lobby. You can smell that cleaning was being done throughout the stay. They were short staffed but anything I asked or needed the staff assisted. No the only thing that bothered me was that when you book a room with an indoor pool, you’re expecting me to use it every day you’re there I was only able to use it a couple hours on the first night I stayed, the last two nights it was closed. But because everything else was a satisfactory. I didn’t complain about it.

The room smelled terrible. They don’t clean the rooms, empty the trash or refresh towels during your stay. The comforter had a stain. The hallways were just as bad and the buttons in the elevator were filthy. The breakfast was from 7 to 9AM and the selection was terrible.

Parking was fine, but this hotel was so poorly updated. It's such a trash job of "updates" All of the door stoppers are hanging off the wall, the shower activator had to be pryed to stay open, the toilet didn't flush for a whole day and I was told I had to fix it whenever it messed up, the TV didn't work, the remote was not functioning, the phone didn't work, some lights didn't turn on, you couldn't get hot water in the shower, there were potato chips on the bed, stained washcloths, hair everywhere, no towels in pool area, most ice machines didn't work, the hair dryer only blew cold and the microwave looked like it had caught fire before. Never again

Don't do it. We were told the room we booked(with a separate door) wasn't available, that they only had one and it was occupied. Were sent to another room with a pullout sofa in the corner... no t.v. on the wall. The attendant gave me two room keys to check... the second one was the layout with a door, which supposedly there was only one. Once in room, pulled lever up to start shower, and it lifted completely out. Breakfast was as weak as everyone on here will tell you. Sure, nice people, but not worth the angst of just getting checked in.
