Hotel room was extremely dirty. Comforter had stains, doors were dirty, there were crumbs all over the night stand when we got there. There is no way to close the drapes so you have light shining in all night. The receptionist was very nice though, she is the only positive thing I have to say. We also found a huge bug on our bed when we got back to our room after dinner. I called the front desk and she brought us a new comforter because of it and of course apologized. Which was a good thing also because the other comforter on the bed had yellow stains all over it. This hotel just needs a good cleaning! Yuck

The keycard lock on door did not work upon checkin. Front desk staff blamed me for putting card by my cell phone which I did not do. She reprogrammed it and I walked all the way to the end of the hall for it not to work. Went back and she stormed down and eventually got it open the next morning new staff said maintenance man will take a look. Battery was going bad and he had it fixed by the time we got back from the hospital. They were very helpful

We stayed three nights and every encounter we had with hotel staff was always welcoming, positive, and very guest-focused! And that applied to every staff member, from check-in, to room-cleaning, to maintenance (to have the TV cable box rebooted). I don’t recall being treated so well by hotel staff in all of my travels!

Friendly staff & service

The staff was fantastic. They dealt with a hotel full of Milton evacuees and made sure everyone was taken care of. They were short-staffed and handled it like the pros they are (thank you to Tabitha at the front desk). The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of the very heavy mildew smell in the room (first floor) that permeated everything. Maybe stay on another floor.

Its like its own little community. But the valets will outright lie to you and tell you, you cant have the use of the roller carriers to help you with your luggage, then at the desk they state you can but someone has to go out there with you. Thennnn you have to pay 35 bucks to park yourself? Annnnnd its like a quarter mile away from the entrance? Chamon man.
