Family friendly hotel with very good facilities. We used two of the restaurants, the rooftop bar and the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. Location is close to the Metro which makes it easy to travel around the city.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. There were a lot of unexpected restrictions on children's use of the pool and spa areas, including no children's use of the pool after 4 PM. If we had known about these restrictions, we would have booked somewhere else. The hotel is in a great location close to Parque Eduardo VII, restaurants, and a metro line (the blue line). The fluffy towels and bathrobes were very nice. My child appreciated the gifts she received when we checked in. We chose not to pay 24 euros per adult, 12 euros per child for the breakfast. We liked the heated pool, although we wished we could have made more use of it than we were allowed to.

This is the best hotel to go with kids. We arrived to a bottle of wine and snacks for our daughter. On my birthday, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a small cake. In our check out, they gave me daughter a gift with activities for the plane. The staff is amazing.

This is a really good hotel. It’s in a good position for exploring Lisbon. A taxi from the Airport is about 13 euros. There is a fitness centre and a spa with a swimming pool. We really liked the rooftop bar! We were not too impressed with the breakfast however. In our two previous five star hotels we had omelettes and lots of other egg options made to order. That’s really the only negative to say about this hotel.
