The room and the public areas were clean. Each morning when I stepped off the elevator, I was greeted by a freshly mopped floor. The location is convenient to Conway, but awkward to get to from Myrtle Beach, requiring a U-turn on a busy road with poor lighting. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.

I loved this location and hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. There is a small outdoor pool and a small workout room. You can walk to the Cook Out right next door. I will definitely be back

I was very reluctant to stay at this property, but had no choice as it was a Friday night game night for Coastal Carolina and I was bringing my daughter for a visit to the school sort of last minute and I couldn't find anything else. The price of $285 was very inflated for this property. On an ordinary day, more like $85. However, I have been through this scenario at other college towns/game nights and have also been through even worse situations. The hotel is dated, has a weird smell and there were some "unsavory" characters roaming around. Took 3 tries to get my room (gave me one, another person already in the room, then gave me a king instead of 2 queens, finally on the 3rd try was successful for check in...a bit weird). The check in ladies were very kind and accomodating though! I don't feel like the issues were their fault. I was not grossed out with sleeping there and it worked out okay. If I was in a bind, I would stay there again. Doesn't seem like there are many options in Conway in general.

The chairs in the dining room need replacing, poor workmanship on all the caulking in bathroom, elevator was sketchy. The employees at the desk, cleaners, and dining staff were awesome! They were top notch but the owner of the property needs to put some investment into the property.
