Cute safe space and the subway station is not too far at all! Theres also a tram line right by! Check in was easy with lift access if needed for the other floors. Laundry Mat is close by as well Perfect for two people if spreading out your luggage isnt a concern. Would totally book again!

Easy check-in process. There is a Lawson and a 7-11 just few steps from the apartment. Mins away from Susukino station and all the main shopping areas are nearby. Suage soup curry is just 5 mins away. Would recommend this place for family with kids.

The property was clean, modern and fulfilled all our needs. In a great location just few minutes walk from the centre of Susukino with a huge selection of restaurants, shops and entertainment, and only a bit further to the tranquil Nakajima Park. The 7-11 convenience store across the road was very useful to have, too! The owners were very attentive to requests and issues that arose during our stay. The only downsides were that there was significant noise from building work going on next door during our stay, and the aircon, whilst effective, was noisy too.

We loved staying here! The apartment was on its on floor so a huge sense of privacy. The skinny apartment building was a novelty too. Easy to check in and out with great instructions. Great location! We could walk and take trains everywhere to get around Sapporo. Apartment itself was great - spacious, clean, modern. For a family of 4. We loved staying here!

First of all I don't think we should name uchi is a hotel ... It's not but more like a service apartment or Airbnb. Good side is they have spaceious room ,kitchen, washing machine, disc player, massage chair and a regular dinning table. Bad side is they don't have towel cleaning service, bin cleaning service and no front desk to provide any service. This is NOT a hotel even they claimed they are. Remember the family room charge USD 200 a night (!) Other than without regular hotel standard services , the air ventilation of the room is quite bad and only one air con in the entire room (bigger than 500 sq feet). The air ventilation at the sleeping area is bad. Even worse the wall of the bedroom is like paper thin you cannot start any washing at night. The worst of everything is ... This is supposingly a family room but there were metal covers at the entrance area with sharp corners and edges (!!) you cannot imagine when your kid or teen enter the room at night and they can get hurt after take off their shoes ! My son was hurt the night before check out and he needs some time to deal with the wound ... We need to late check out next day and pay extra late check out fee. I don't think this room is for family and actually it's a lot of issues when they claimed this is a family room. I hope other customers esp with kids will not book this hotel. Good luck

We stayed as a family of four. The accommodation was clean, and it was comfortable to have two washstands and shower booths each. Also, the size of the refrigerator was large, and all kitchen items were prepared, so it was convenient. The accessibility was good in downtown Susukino and it was nice to be quiet because it was not too loud near the accommodation. Most of all, the host was very nice. One of us changed the schedule to arrive a day earlier, and the host responded really kindly. Thanks to you, I made great memories in Sapporo. ありがとうございました！

Great location, and the room was spacious enough for 3–4 people. It had all the amenities we needed, plus the added bonus of two showers, which made getting ready much easier for a group. The main areas for improvement were in the bathroom: the showers were quite small, and the temperature in the bathroom was noticeably colder than the rest of the room. There was a small heater provided, but we couldn’t use it because it produced a strong smell when turned on. Overall, though, this is a solid option, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Sapporo.

Property is very clean, quiet and safe. 711 is right on the corner street, restaurant is within walking distance in Susukino area, a bit far to Sapporo station but closer to subway station. Luckily we returned our rental car so we don't need parking 🅿️, otherwise they don't have parking space and pay parking across the building is expensive 1400 yen/night. Overall my family was happy with the stay. We will stay again next time 😊

일본 여행 숙소치고는 거실이 상당히 넓고 별실이 따로 마련되어 있으며, 파티션을 활용하여 공간을 분리할 수 있어 부모님과 아이들이 함께하는 여행에서 편안하게 공간을 활용할 수 있었습니다. 침대는 매우 편안하여 만족스러웠습니다. 바닥에 추가로 깔 수 있는 매트리스와 침구류도 제공되어 여러 명이 숙박하기에 충분했습니다. 인덕션, 전자레인지, 넉넉한 크기의 냉장고와 세탁기가 구비되어 있어 편리하게 이용했습니다. 다만, 신발을 신고 벗는 공간을 구분하는 철제 막대의 한쪽 끝부분은 쿠션 처리되어 있었으나 다른 한쪽은 날카로워 아이들이 다칠까 염려되어 여행 기간 내내 침구로 해당 부분을 가려두었습니다. 이전에 다른 후기에서도 부상 위험이 언급된 적이 있어, 이 부분에 대한 안전 조치가 필요해 보입니다. 샤워실이 두 곳이나 있어 두 명이 동시에 사용하기에 편리했지만, 공간이 다소 협소하여 체격이 큰 성인에게는 사용이 불편할 수도 있을 것 같습니다.

침구는 깨끗했지만 거실 침대 위의 베이지 쿠션은 지저분해 보여서 건들지 않았어요. 대체적으로 깨끗했지만 보이지 않는 곳에는 먼지가 많았습니다. 수건은 큰타올은 인원수대로 3장, 작은 타올은 5장이 있었는데요 많이 불편했습니다. 세탁기가 있어서 빨아쓴다고 해도 잘 마르지 않아서 적어도 두장씩은 넉넉히 준비되어 있다면 좋았을 것 같아요. 이 외에는 아주 만족했습니다. 장기간 머물기에 충분히 편했어요. 스스키노에서 가깝지만 조금 떨어져 있어서 조용하고 편의점도 바로 앞에 있고 주변에 맛집도 많았어요. 다음에 삿포로에 또 오게 된다면 큰 방으로 예약해 보고 싶네요.

몇 가지 좋은 점과 좋지않은 점이 있습니다. Good: 우선 저희 가족과 같이 70대 노모와 2살배기 유아가 있는 가족 여행에는 적합한 숙소라 생각합니다. 스스키노역에서 멀지 않지만 번화가와도 1블럭 정도 떨어져있어 주변이 시끄럽지 않았고, 숙소의 청결 상태도 좋았으며, 통풍도 잘되는 편이라 창만 열어두어도 시원했습니다. Bad: 체크인 과정은 개선될 필요가 있습니다. 미리 체크인 예상 시간을 공유했음에도 불구하고, 원격 채크인 과정에서 오퍼레이터와 연결되지 않거나 연결되어도 의사소통이 되지 않아 체크인이 너무 오래 걸렸습니다. 그리고, 욕실이 조금 작습니다. 일본 숙소의 대부분이 비슷할테지만 성인 남성이 쓰기엔 비좁을 정도네요. 타올의 경우 좀 부족한 편이었는데 세탁기가 비치되어 있으므로 세탁해서 사용하면 됩니다만, 세탁기 사용법에 대해서는 따로 영문 가이드가 있는게 좋겠다고 생각합니다. 창문의 경우에도 시건 장치에 대한 설명은 체크인 가이드에 추가해주세요.

*체크인 : 호스트와 연결이 빠르고 끊기지 않아서 원활하게 빨리 진행 가능했다. * 객실 : 청소가 잘 되어져 있었고 창가쪽은 아주 약간의 냉기(한겨울에 이용)가 들어서 열이 많은 사람들이 자기 좋음. 난방을 틀어 놓으면 창가 외 다른 구역은 활동하기 편한 정도로 따뜻하다. * 티비 : 아마존 TV 만 연결 (가입)해서 봐야 하는 불편함이 있었다. 아마존TV를 사용하지 않아서 불편할 수도 있음. 핸드폰으로 유튜브 시청함. * 청소기 : 흡입력이 약함. 바닥 머리카락 청소하는데 세번정도 왔다 갔다 해야 함. * 주방 : 음식물 쓰레기 봉투 발견을 못함. 주방 어딘가에 있었지만 발견을 못한건지. 처음부터 없었던 건지 모르겠음. 가져갔던 투명 비닐 봉투로 담아놓음. * 세탁기 : 투숙 내 빨래를 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았다. 세탁 세제 사용 가능. * 화장실, 욕실 : 5층이지만 수압이 괜찮아서 씻을때 불편함이 없었다. 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔다. * 걸어서 5분도 안되는 거리에 편의점이 있어서 너무 편하다. * 렌트카를 이용했는데 주변에 유료 주차장이 많고 숙소와 가까운 거리의 주차장들도 많아서 편하게 잘 다녔다. 전반적으로 모든 서비스가 좋았습니다. 가격 대비 시설도 좋았습니다. 다음에 기회되면 한 번 더 이용하고 싶습니다.
