The staff at front desk was fabulous. The housekeeping needs improvement. Dusty vents, musty smell, toilets need to be cleaned at base, shower drains need to be cleaned better, had a black ring. Also dusting at top of walls for cobwebs. The bedding was clean. The drapes carpets and furniture are very dated and need replacement. The free breakfast had a variety, the scrambled eggs tasted powdered. They did have a variety of breads, fruit, sausage cold items in a fridge. Hotel side door broken as was the fire extinguisher case on level 2, broken glass. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and cute. We only had a short 2 night stay. It is a beautiful area and the staff were polite and helpful. If they made some of the improvements it would be great! The location has access to plenty of restaurants, shopping and both national and state parks.

We stayed in the pet rooms - clean but carpet had visible stains from past pet stays, which is not unexpected but unsightly just the same. Breakfast had plenty of options. This is our go hotel to bc we have pets. Have stayed overnight at this location multiple times with no issues. Staff are super friendly. Would recommend for those traveling with pets.
