Staff was great and polite and the hotel was easy to get to but the hotel needed a lot of repairs, one of the elevators was out of service, there were stains on the floor, ceiling, and furniture in the room, and the shower could have used a more thorough cleaning. Walls are thin and you can easily hear people in the hallway and next room.

The young lady at the front desk was very personable and professional. While it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, there was one available on the first floor and accessible to all. Front desk responded to my requests quicly. Clean, friendly, nice and room size. I recommend them.

We had no problem with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. There was construction in the parking lot and the pool had been excavated but this was not an issue for us. The location provided easy access to NYC. We stayed two nights and would stay again.
