The staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant itself was tastefully decorated with local artifacts. The hotel is quite a way out of the city, which we knew when booking, so there is not much else around. We enjoyed being away from the bustle of all the traffic.

Great hotel with brilliant staff, however it is so far out of the city that it’s very hard to get cabs. One huge thing that really annoyed us was the fact the hotel refused to get us a cab, they would only sell you a package for a 4 hour round trip for 2.5k rupees, which isn’t what we wanted. We ended up getting an uber which was really difficult and played 250 rupees each way. It was a lot cheaper and gave us the freedom to roam ad we wanted. This really annoyed us and would be the single reason I won’t return to this hotel, apart from that they looked after us. All in all it’s a Nic hotel with a great rooftop pool and nice food, but if you want to see Jaipur stay somewhere closer. Hilton you need to prioritise your guests wants and not try and profiteer from your bad location, you could’ve made us felt looked after, instead we felt trapped and annoyed.

Didn't have a great experience checking in. There were three of us travelling and we had two bottles of alcohol that were purchased from duty free at the airport. The bottles were wrapped and unopened and we did not intend to open them, they were gifts to take back home. The security guard who was checking our bags through the scanner said we were only allowed one bottle per room. He also lied and told another staff member that we had four bottles. We can only assume that he wanted to drink the bottle himself because the female staff member checking us in said we could have two bottles per room, not one. We have never heard of that rule before and how are tourists supposed to know such a thing if it is not specified at the time of booking. Besides that experience, the staff during breakfast was very polite.

This is a nicely appointed hotel, lovely views from the room and a fantastic rooftop pool. We booked here to stay close to Amer, though it is actually about 10 kms from the fort. If I had paid attention, I’d have rather stayed in the city with many options about the same distance in the other direction from the fort. Stay here for a somewhat secluded stay experience if you like that. Our experience with the service was mixed. While some of the service was top notch, Restaurant service for tandoor breads was extremely slow (we waited nearly 30 mins, with multiple reminders) and housekeeping was rather terrible with simple requests like replacing tea cups in the room not being serviced despite multiple calls. The staff did try to make it up to us and make our morning breakfast a good experience. I’d particularly commend Nimesh for his efforts.

Chef Vinod and his entire team were great. Great food, but the piping hot tea was extra special made by a very special person. Chef Vinod also added his special touch by giving a "Thank you" pastry. The entire staff followed the dictum "Above and beyond" to the hilt.
