8/10 Very good

Paris Saclay was good value for money on the outskirts of Paris. We had a car and so needed parking, which was free. The room was clean, and available facilities were standard, just as you would expect. We chose this hotel to be close to Versailles, which we were to visit the next day; it was easy to find. Across the road was a good Italian restaurant, as the hotel restaurant was catering for another function. We stayed two nights and the pizza at the bar was very nice too.

Checkin and checkout staff at the reception was extraordinary with a satisfactory breakfast buffet. We thank the receptionists and the other staff for this experience in Saclay!

Quiet and easy access to HEC building, but staff not well trained on customer service.

The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better.

The Bar Staff could not care whether they served you or not especially the white guy. Restaurant food was mediocre. Breakfast was excellent.

Good option in the area

A bit dated, but I believe it's under a renovation process. Large rooms and good amenities. Good value for the money.

Overall, my stay here was okay. The room didn’t appear through clean, as cushions were thrown into the closet. The only positive was how quick check-in was.
