Great location on the edge of Bend, the front desk lady was excellent- especially when the lobby was full with a sports team checking in and she had a line up. She was calm and collected-even under pressure. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfy. Would stay again.

It's a very comfortable place to stay. I liked my room and the breakfast area was nice. Good food offerings. Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet building and surroundings. Windows need cleaning and the coffee maker wouldn't work but those are the only faults.

The hotel is very clean, mattress was very comfortable, friendly staff, delicious food and it’s easy access to the main road. And from our room we were able to see the Mountain View. Parking was easy. We would definitely stay there again. When we return to visit.

The good: the breakfast was decent the kids enjoyed it and the room was clean. The bad: the elevator was scary and would drop a little and make a loud bang when getting to the top floor. Some reception staff were friendly especially the lady however the man was not overly friendly nor helpful. The pool looked Murky, dirty and my 10 and 12 year old would not even go in it. That says something. For $250 us a night I would look for something else.
