Someone came into my room twice during the time that I visit your suite. The first time I noticed my microwave have been used and I didn’t bring anything to microwave. It had 40 seconds left on the microwave so the next time I left, I put a paper at the top of my door and when I came back, the paper was in the hallway you need to be aware of this. There was really no way I could prove that you would believe me but it happened

Bed comfort is poor.I waited 15 minutes at the reception as there was nobody.I had to go and look for a staff member. The credit card machine was broken.We had to run ten times my credit card.The receptionist did not even apologize. Sheets are poor quality and mattrass is uncomfortable.No water bottles in the room.

The place was very clean. It was newly painted, and there was maintenance going on while I was there. They have a pool, and a small gym (though, I did not visit either).

I had a reservation at this property. It was fully paid for. When I showed up, they informed me at the front desk that the night audit had started so they could not get me a room. My choice is worth me to wait two hours or go to a different property. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and acted as if I was being reasonable saying that I should be allowed to go to a room that I had paid for. Never, ever stay at this property.
