Our stay at the Omni Montreal was a great experience. From the valet to the housekeeping staff to the bartenders and reception desk, every staff member was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was conveniently located to a Metro station so we could get around the wonderful city of Montreal easily. The 'house-pour' champagne was excellent, although I missed getting the name. The hotel was very well maintained and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

The room was of exceptional quality- very impressed. The location is amazing i was very disappointed with check-in. I arrived shortly before 3pm and the room wasn't ready. I was told to come back after 3 which I did, but it still took another 20 minutes to sort out a room.
