We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. A very special thank you to Humberto and Phillip, who gave us the warmest welcome we received during our entire vacation. From the moment we arrived, their kindness and hospitality made us feel genuinely valued and at home. We also want to recognize Andrea at the bar, who took wonderful care of us. His charisma, warmth, and genuine attention made every interaction special. He has a natural way of making guests feel like family rather than just hotel visitors. The hotel itself was wonderful, but it was the people who made our experience truly memorable. Humberto, Phillip, and Andrea are exceptional ambassadors for this hotel and the kind of people you remember long after a vacation is over. Thank you for making our stay so special. When we arrived the man on reception checking people in wasn’t the most welcoming. He seemed stressed and told us to sit and wait, in a room full of people. No time frame was given or further guidance. We couldn’t leave our bags and come back we just had to wait. Maybe half an hour passed before he attended to us. This was the only hiccup. Everything else with the stay was good. Clean room, great location, good nights sleep. Would stop again.
