Lovely situated in lovely village with local shop next door open Mon - sat dinnertime. All facilities worked well & clean except the kettle seemed to switch off too early & no brown sugar.. my partner & i didn't sleep too well. My partner was cold the pillows not comfortable & the heavy throw was the only thing keeping me warm but very heavy. Sheets tucked in extremely tightly would have preferred a idadown or duvet. We where in the main house so was only the main central heating which I couldn't expect to have on as I wouldn't at home. Lovely room with plenty of space. Lovely host. Nice breakfast with good produce, would have liked more although could have had cereal as well n no black pudding 😋 away from the main house I believe easier to keep warm but it was only at night in October. Would stay again.

This is the first time we have stayed at Pear Tree Farm and it was excellent around. It was a pleasure to meet Beverly. Everything about the place made you feel welcomed and well looked after, fantastic breakfast will be staying again.

Beautiful place and a lovely couple.

Beautiful surroundings on a working farm and a lovely couple. They were busy with lambing but took the time to make me a coffee on arrival and chat to me about the farm and what they were doing. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. I will be staying there next time I am working in the area, and i will be making sure that is soon. I will try the evening meal next time (need to book) as whatever was cooking smelled delicious. Highly recommended.
