Breakfast was great! Lots of food. Ate dinner at the restaurant there - very good. Bought tickets to the park at the hotel and the bus stop was right there. Staff drove us to a nearby restaurant the second night. Free parking. It was a pleasant experience. The hiking at the park was beautiful. Did both upper & lower lakes.

Location is amazing, right outside the park entrance. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The property itself is very old and dated. You pay for the location. The à la carte restaurant is good value for money. The buffet restaurant wasn’t great. Also, breakfast should start at 6:30 instead of 7:00 as the park opens at 7:00. The spa was also far too old to be nice. Parking is good and convenient.

We stayed one night for using the park next day. Huge advantage staying at the property for the location right at the park. Park attendant let us walk down to the lake that night to take a peak of the lake for an evening walk. Hotel allowed us to park the car at their lot next day which is great. Hotel has a buffet dinner and Alcatel restaurant, morning breakfast is busy as everyone there were going to the park, the place is huge did not feel very crowded.

Great location and notably well managed hotel with outstanding staff who provided extra help whenever needed. The hotel caters to National Park visitors and hosts group tours but you never felt part of a crowd. The park was spectacular, even with some mobility issues, and the hotel was a perfect choice. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Not luxury but better than basic in terms of comfort and functionality. Breakfast was also very pleasant. Would stay again if I return to Plitvice. It is a very very short walk to entrance two.

Really convenient for visiting Plitivice Park. Entrance 2 is just below the hotel. We paid for day passes for the park and they were able to extend them for the length of our stay, which was a nice bonus. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. They let us store our bags before/after check in and check out so that we could explore. They also gave us a free shuttle ride to the bus stop. Food options are so-so but you’re not there for the food. Our room was small and dated, but I think there are nicer, more recently updated options.
