Staff were helpful- had asked before hand for a extra pillow though for the room and they doubled checked at check-in thst I wanted it still but it wasn’t there when we got to the room quick call and the receptionist bought one up. 720 was a bit loud on from the St with the cars but earplugs fixed the job. Bed was comfy
