Breakfast and dinner are included while it is not a full spread buffet, it is so much more than the typical continental breakfast, it is also offered at an pretty extended hour. Check out at 12pm is also such a plus and allow us to sleep in if needed. The parking structure is rather cumbersome to navigate, with limited spots as well. Be prepared to spend time waiting to get in/out of garage during peak time.

Great hotel. Very central and lots of nice restaurants in the surroundings. Rooms aren't that big but big enough. Friendly staff and a free drink at the bar offered upon check in.

Everything was great. Complementary food and breakfast were both amazing ( would hope to have more options on drinks tho, especially cold ones). Nice modern hotel.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. They greet you whenever they see you, with a smile too. Everything was great about this hotel, from comfortable beds to delicious breakfast and late night snacks. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, and we would definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Tainan.

Service was excellent and the property is super clean! Was very surprised to see how thorough the staffs were at cleaning the dinning areas and especially the rooms. Housekeeping took off the AC vents for every room to clean and disinfect daily! I’ve never seen that, not even for five star hotels. The management team and ownership really cares about the establishment and customers. Based on the price point, it’s truly best bang for your bucks in Tainan area. One thing I believe they can improve on will be the laundry facility. It’s located outside of the property and even though it’s controlled access, it’s very dark inside and there might be some safety concerns IMHO. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.

Very reasonable price during summer holiday. With breakfast and happy hour, even 24 hours drinks and ice cream, there's nothing to complain about.

Stayed here before, and always good evening snacks, breakfast, location, etc. The only thing that isn't the greatest, are size of rooms. However, the snacks are better than others hotels offer, so depends what you prefer.

The pillows lack of support, that means one should ask for additional one for better support. Other than that, everything is perfect for wanting a laidback, easy stay at this area.

Management may wish to consider coffee pouches with no sugar as some may prefer just having black coffee.
