Everything was clean and well taken car of. The sleeping cubbies were a lot warmer than expected, which was nice. And the staff were friendly.

How cleaned the place is, the safety, how closed to all the places important to visit, how accessible to transportation, and cheap.

I surprise of how clean everything was. In my past experience from when I’ve stayed in other locations they haven’t been as clean. Super friendly staff, very helpful, understanding and patience. I would definitely be back.

6/10 Good

I feel like the restrooms/showers could have been cleaner. At one point, water was draining from one of the showers onto the common bathroom area.

The staff was very rude, I was lectured on not speaking Spanish for 5 minutes when I arrived although I am trying to learn and using google translate. The light in my room would not turn off. When I asked they said it was automatic and just to stay still. But it never turned off. I had to sleep with it on all night. Luckily Morelia itself was amazing, full of helpful, kind people. But I was very disappointed with how rude Carlos was at the hostal. Would not stay here again due to staff.
