The hotel had a great location close to the central shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned every day. Everything was really pleasant. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of dishes, everything was fresh and tasted great. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. The shower was a bit tricky to get the temperature right, but otherwise it was fine and had plenty of space.

The ultimate base for exploring Udon Thani

Everything about this hotel is 1st Class. It starts with the friendly carpark security staff, and then follows on to the reception staff. The welcome drink was a nice touch after travelling two different flights to arrive in Udon Thani. The housekeeping was first class, and finally but not forgotten the restaurant. The chefs and wait staff during the buffet breakfast made everyone feel welcomed. I appreciated being looked after by the staff, and the buffet breakfast selection was fantastic!!! I’ll be back again next year, as both the city of Udon Thani has plenty to do and see, and the hotel is located in a nice quiet part, ensuring you get a great nights sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and strong, something you appreciate when on vacation. Keep up the great work!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends, as I’m sure visitors would be extremely happy with the amenities and staff. Until we meet again, it’s bye for now😊😊🙏
