A legit 5-star hotel with exceptional staff, and a breakfast that probably beats all other "standard 5-star experiences". Great room, gym and everything you need. They managed to arrange the perfect tour guide for both a walking tour around Seoul, along with a great visit to the DMZ. Moreover, staff communicated well internally as we could always speak to someone that already was informed about a reservation and whatever we needed. Thanks for going the extra mile. Requested a room view of the tower and was granted it for our entire stay. If you can get the view of Namsan Tower it is worth it, the room had a lot of great amenities. A quick tip, if you want faster internet connection, plug in via ethernet in the room, the WiFi is much much slower than the ethernet connection.
