The hotel was as you’d expect for the price, so that was ok. However, when I arrived at the hotel, my reservation (booked through Expedia.com) wasn’t even in the system. The staff didn’t seem to believe me, and didn’t know what Expedia.com was. Luckily there was a room available, which I was able to book.

Hotel bem localizado na cidade, quarto bem espaçoso, cama confortavel, equipe prestativa e educada. Café da manhã bem simples, mas bom! O quarto é limpo, mas havia resquicio de tinta e massa de cimento na báscula e no azulejo do banheiro. Isso dava impressão de sujeira e desleixo. O preço da estadia (R$249,00 por casal) foi alto pelo que oferece. De 0 a 10: Nota 6

O quarto inicialmente reservado não tinha a descarga do banheiro funcionando, e não havia funcionário da manutenção para repará-lo. Tivemos que trocar de quarto. O banheiro era bom, mas sem luz indireta no quarto, o que é muito ruim. O café da manhã foi uma tragédia. Biscoitos mofados, bolos sem gosto, pouca opção de pães e frutas. Para nós, o principal problema realmente foi o café da manhã. E o hotel precisa manter os espaços externos limpos e higienizados também. No 2º andar, a vista da janela é para um parapeito e um muro com as máquinas de ar condicionado em péssimo estado de conservação e limpeza, parecendo que o acúmulo de sujeira não era limpo a meses ou anos.

Travesseiros horríveis muito duro. Quarto com frigobar mais ou menos armário em condições mais ou menos e sem nenhum cabide banheiro com janela sem vidro jateado ou cortina pra privacidade e café da manhã sem muita opção...equipe boa. De qualquer forma não ficaria de novo.
