If a person only wants to sleep and then leave, this hotel is fine for the price. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the sheets are clean and soft, and the property is quiet. If one wants more than that from a motel, stay somewhere else. There are no amenities. In our room, the TV didn’t work, there was only one towel set (one bath towel, one face towel), and one wash cloth, and there’s no in-room coffee. There was also no toilet paper and no tissues. Also, it didn’t appear that the bathtub has been cleaned before our stay. Again, if a good night’s sleep is all you want, this motel is fine for the price. But it needs repairs. (Holes in the walls, dirty looking box spring walls, etc.)

Room definitely not newer. A little musty and old smelling. Bed comfy. Bathroom walls needed work. Owner very nice they have longer term rentals and was a bit noisy early in the morning. Average for price we paid for a short overnight.
