Was ok for Venezuela. But no smoking area even though the sold cigars. Good food. Probably 3.5 star hotel.

I had a great experience staying at the Eurobuilding Hotel & Suites Caracas. The hotel is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff was always professional and attentive. I especially want to recognize Shannon Angilello for going above and beyond during my stay. I had an issue with my room, and she handled the situation very fast and efficiently, moving me to another room immediately and making sure everything was resolved smoothly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Caracas.

One of the best alternatives in Caracas. It is secure and very convenient. Also, the food store at the ground floor is a big plus.

One of the best you can get in Caracas. Staff is very helpful. Rooms need some renovation but clean.

8/10 Very good

This is a great place to stay and while it was pricier than most places in Caracas, I found it was great value for money with very helpful staff and splendid service. I do think that the restaurant staff could have been friendlier when they told me that my reservation did not include breakfast, which was an honest mistake from me. Yet I was somehow made to feel guilty, as if I had tried to take advantage or something. Maybe they should be trained to better deal with cases like this? It didn't help that, as a foreigner, I wasn't familier with the local Spanish word "cancelar" which means "to pay" in Venezuela, and I thought they wanted to cancel something. It was very confusing because in most other Spanish-speaking countries, they just say "pagar" and there's no misunderstanding. Also, the area in which the hotel is located is not walkable at all: the hotel is basically surrounded by highways with no traffic lights and no way for pedestrians to cross safely, so it was tricky to walk to the nearby shopping mall. I guess that's great for the restaurant in the hotel and for the shops though.

The hotel is well located in Caracas down in the middle of town and close to Los Mercedes where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants. It also has a great view of Caracas and the Avila, the mountain in front of Caracas. The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful. I would recommend it.
