This is a great stay. We loved our private open air bath and open air shower. The view was beautiful. The staff is so wonderful, kind and helpful. ご飯はとっても美味しかった

夕食、朝食大満足です。とても美味しかったです。お風呂も満足しています。 ですが、外観内装部屋の中は改装すべきだと思います。ベットは硬くあまり寝れなかったです。 料理は大満足なので、改装して高くなっても行きたいです。

共用部の清掃

部屋は綺麗で快適に過ごせたが、共用部の清掃が行き届いていないことが気になった。授乳室を借りたがカビ臭く蜘蛛の巣があったし、洋室等の廊下も埃が目立っていた。新しくできたキッズスペースは子どもが大変楽しんでいてとてもよかった。

前回宿泊時に建物や設備の老朽化は承知しています。リニューアルされている部分があり不快感はありません。昭和の趣きが残っているので懐かしさを感じております。 前回お風呂・プレミアムラウンジからの眺望・食事が良かったので再訪しました。 ところが エントランスの出迎えの女性が前回以上にお喋りが過ぎ、とても不快でした。どこから来てどこで遊んだのか聞かれ、今日の宿泊客は団体の男性が多いのでペラペラペラペラ…そのヒアリングと報告は必要なのでしょうか？ そして、プレミアムラウンジは悲惨でした。お菓子は更に質が低下したように思います。ポテチ等が湿気で残念な状態。美味しいお出汁は変わらず最高でした。果汁100%のジュース等追加して、ドリンクだけで良いかもしれません。 室内は子供が叫びながら走り、親子連れは家族同士で大声で会話している。他ではお菓子食べたいと泣き出す子供とご飯食べられなくなると叱る親。公園かと思う程騒がしかった。 素晴らしい眺望が可哀想でした。 今回は寝具の加齢臭が酷かった。 カバーはクリーニングされているが、枕とベットパット本体が臭くてオッサンと一晩添い寝した気分で殆ど眠れなかった。同伴者も同じ意見。前回はこのような事はなく、ハズレの部屋だったのかな。 しかし、相変わらずお風呂は最高！食事も良かったです。 駅まで送ってくださるバスのドライバーさんが前回同様素晴らしいおもてなしで、気分良く旅を終えることができました。 機会があればまた行きたいかな。

お風呂が良かったのでリピート宿泊。 ホテル入り口で女性スタッフから声をかけられた。この方前回同様に口調が馴れ馴れしく、相変わらずどこから来たのか等個人的なことを根掘り葉掘り聞くので不快です。また、今日は宿泊者が少ない・男性な団体様がいるのでお風呂利用時には空いている伝えてきた。しかしお風呂は前回同様に混んでるし、逆に未就学の子供が多く終始騒がしくお風呂も食事も落ち着かなかった。 いつも同じサービスを提供を提供できないという言い訳だったのかしら。 宿泊者が少ないという割にプレミアムラウンジは前回以上に混雑していた。子供は大声で騒ぎ、その親が大声で叱りせっかくの眺望も台無し。用意されたお菓子も
