My stay at The Cache House was fantastic! The bunk room had a comfortable bed, fan, and light! The shower & bathroom facilities were clean and always available! The common sitting area was convenient and the staff were very friendly! Lastly, the location was very near to restaurants, bars, and shops! Overall, my stay was amazing and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

I am a solo traveler and this is my first time staying in a hostel. It was so beautiful and comfortable and I felt very safe. The staff was incredibly helpful. And the location was fabulous as it’s in the middle of downtown so I could walk everywhere. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jackson!!

This was my first time in a hostel and I really liked. the sleeping area is just the right amount of privacy and security to sleep comfortably- and the beds are sooo good! The shared bathrooms were super clean and many availible-not waiting. There is no public kitchen but they offer free coffee at the reception and there are plenty of restaurants around. The "livingroom area" has plenty of seating options. No TV and No music but I think that was good for those sleeping. Quiet and respectful guests! No issues at all and the best affordable place to stay in Jackson!! yes I recommend!

We had a great night in Jackson. The bunkers bed was super confortable, and the showers and bathroom were clean. The staff was super helpful. Just a few thing you have to know. There is a 20$ police if you arrive before 4pm, and there is no kitchen (which for me was pretty unusual for this kind of establishments)

Not for everyone but perfect for a night to sleep after a day of adventures. No TV in room. Private bathrooms are down the hall You get a locker and drawer that lock. Other guests were nice and accommodating. No problems with anyone bothering others. Definitely different than a typical hotel but an interesting experience and I met people from all over. Walking distance to Town Square, shops, restaurants, church. Cowboy Coffee is like 2 blocks away and so worth getting there when they open at 6am. No access to fridge or microwave but staff will store food for you at front desk. Locked door to building and shared common area. I would stay here again!

The place is centrally located and few minutes walk from town center. Very clean and comfortable.Bathrooms are well kept and clean all the time. The place is very clean and the location is very convenient. The staff is very helpful. I love the place so much. My only complaint is that I got probably the least private bunk (bunk 11) which faces the hallway to the common area. It just feels a little more exposed compared to other bunks. Other than that, it's an amazing place to stay if you're visiting Jackson. Everything is walking distance. I didn't realise if they advertised this as well but they do have ski racks which is awesome. Will come again but hopefully I don't get bunk 11 or 12 next time!
