We had a great comfort double room on the 1st floor facing the back of the building. It was quiet, the window opened and the air-conditioning was responsive. The main pendant lighting was quite dull but we put the desk lamp and bedside reading light on to compensate. The bed was pushed against the window making it very awkward to get in and out of bed on one side. The ensuite was small but clean. There was daily housekeeping. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I can't comment about the breakfast as we ate elsewhere but the tea and coffee available to drink in and takeaway whenever needed was appreciated. The location was good for our needs.
