This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful village, on arrival we were upgraded from a room to a suite, which was a nice surprise. The staff were all superb and the food was very good, we ate there on the evening of arrival and again on our last evening as the weather was too awful to venture outdoors. The breakfast was excellent. It is interesting to note that although the hotel dates from the late 1700s, making it one of the oldest hotels in Ireland, it is beautifully maintained. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great pool. Long corridors mean getting luggage to and from room can be challenging. Even though an exterior door right by our room would have taken us straight to our car the staff were unable to open it as they didn’t know the code. Fantastic breakfast. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Personally the decor wasn’t to our taste and the corridors seemed a big dingy rather and didn’t fit in with the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was nice - personally we didn’t like the sausages but the ham was lovely. We were also not sure on what could’ve been ordered as we weren’t given a menu. Overall the hotel was nice and gave us the chance to visit Adare Manor.
