Nicely updated property! We had a three bedroom which worked very well for me, my wife and two teenage daughters. My 15yo said the bed was the most comfy she’s slept it (room with daybed). Mattress in master was a little soft for my liking but it was still great. Lots of space and storage for our 4 nights. Seasons 101 restaurant (inside hotel) had delicious food and very convenient. I’d also recommend Red’s Soda Fountain and Ice Cream next door.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and inviting. Having laundry was a bonus. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to be contacted ahead of arrival to check on our needs and to confirm arrival times. We were celebrating a milestone birthday and wanted something unique and special. This fit the bill! Room was huge and clean. Only downsides were the noisy traffic and noisy hvac. It was also a little drafty so a tad cold no matter what at times. The coffee shop had the best lattes I’ve had. Overall it was comfortable, but if you’re sensitive to noise at night or drafty windows/doors I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The location is good as far as being able to walk to restaurants and the restaurant in the hotel, Seasons 101, is excellent! I do not like the noise from the main road in front of the hotel. It is very loud. You do have sound machines in each room, but it’s still is overpowering. The shower that was in both bathrooms, room 2206, were terrible. They were overhead rain style showerheads with no adjustments. The shower was actually very hard as the water came out and it is only about 3‘ x 3‘ so there’s not a lot of room to even turn around or bend down. We only had one encounter with the staff at the front desk on the first day when we checked in other than that we did not see any other staff besides one cleaning person. Other than the showers, the kitchen area is great, the bed was OK but the bedroom and bathrooms are small. Very nice, modern and clean, however.

This place is completely renovated. It has everything you need for your stay. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and plenty room. Located in downtown Sevierville, but very convenient to drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The location is easy to get out of. There is a restaurant attached and many other places to get food right nearby. Also giving five stars to Kathy who works there!

This historic hotel was spot on! We really liked the throw back feel that first greets you upon pulling up to the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and boast a complete kitchen! The location was very close to everything you may need or want to do. I wish we could’ve tried the restaurant but there wasn’t enough time for us. Also, the hotel has a super cute coffee shop that we missed out on as well. The staff was friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this hotel for absolutely any type of traveler.

We stayed 7 nights the week of Christmas. Super affordable during the holidays! When we arrived for our stay check-in was so easy and stress free . The staff member was very welcoming. She was very busy but still managed to greet me with a smile and positive attitude. That’s rare these days . Our room was well stocked with linens. And everything we would need to cook (pots ,pans, bowls, plates, silverware) definitely recommend staying here . I know I will be booking here again when we take our next trip to the area.
