During the daytime hours in the heat of the day it can get hot here. I stayed on the top floor, the rooms are huge though. They don’t have ac so yea it’s probably why these are very much affordable accommodations.

Good location. Near downtown area, within walking distance of main PLAZA and the Palacio de Cortes. This city is chaos, but the chaos is organized. Traffic moves slow but moves non the less. Area around hotel is trashy but trash stops at the hotel entrance. Cheapest place to stay. Is for hard core travelers. No cocaroaches

Un hotel muy, muy, muy básico, sucio y en muy malas condiciones. No servía la puerta de la habitación, faltaban vidrios de la persiana del baño, había una pesa ahí, y creo que lo peor fue que las paredes estaban manchadas de sangre de animales que ahí mataron, chiches y moscos.

No es un hotel para que descanses por mucho tiempo, las instalaciones no estan bien falta mucho mucho mantenimiento, nunca pude cambiar de canal, los colchones no son comodos, la taza del baño estaba despegado del piso. No es un hotel para muchas noches, las almohadas estaban sucias, no habia agua caliente y asi, a pesar se estar en el centro a una cuadra, es más un hotel de paso, que para una larga distancia. El personal es amable no es culpa de ellos que el hotel no sea lo que dice ser. Lo recomiendo para una noche o dos si no encuentras una opción, por el precio no puedes esperar un cinco estrellas, evidentemente no hay restaurante, ni nada. No es lo mejor, pero por 300 pesos no puedes pedir mas

Totalmente MUY DEPLORABLE el lugar. Pésima atención!!!!! Definitivamente NO RECOMENDARÍA NUNCA!, ese lugar. Ni borracho volvería a ir. Tuve una reservación. Me cobraron por $80.00 por hacerla desde mi celular. Me comuniqué por teléfono para confirmar y me trataron con mucha desconfianza negando siempre el nombre de la persona que atendió (?) la llamada. Personalmente fuí al lugar el día jueves 28 de mayo del 2026, pedí hablar con el dueño, dueña. Me dijo un tipo de mal aspecto que no se encontraba. Que no estaba en el país. No quise hablar ni tratar nada con ese "encargado" porque sabía que NO TENDRÍA NINGUNA SOLUCION! En verdad señores, NO HAGAN NINGUNA RESERVACIÓN en ese lugar!!!!! Yo creo que un hotel de paso, está mucho mejor!!!!

El personal bien, lamentablemente las fotos que tienen no corresponden con la realidad. Es un hotel viejo y sin mantenimiento o actualización. Un hotel de paso tiene mejores habitaciones que las tienen actualmente. Lamentablemente no puedo subir video para que vean el cuarto en el que me hospedé, de la cabecera rota de la habitación que me tocó y que no me dieron llave porque no correspondía ya que acababan de cambiar las cerraduras y tuvieron que abrir con un desarmador. Afortunadamente sólo estuve unas horas. eso sin contar que los controles de la televisión y del cable no tenían tapa en las pilas. Otro detalle que no fue muy formal de parte del hotel es que la entrega de la habitación era a las 12 y a las 4:15 que yo llegué me pidieron esperar porque no estaba hecha la habitación y hasta las siete de la noche me entregaron.

Todo bien solo que estan algo desgastadas las instalaciones, la televisión nunca sirvio la regadera muy dañada y tarda en bajar el agua por lo que se encharca ademas de que encontramos una chinche en la cama
