This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Upon check-in, I was handed keys to two rooms (I believe rooms 11 and 15) to choose from.
When I opened the first room, I was shocked to find an unmade bed, it looked like someone had just slept in it. The second room seemed fine at first, but the bathroom was straight out of a horror movie: there were no working lights and everything was covered in rust.
I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest option available that day, but I couldn’t bring myself to stay. I reported the situation to the front desk, but they told me I had to contact the “third-party vendor” to cancel my reservation and request a refund. Expedia has been trying to contact the hotel, but they haven’t been answering and I still haven’t received my refund.
