This motel is a reasonably priced place to stay. It's located at the intersection of highway 6 and highway 7, which makes it easily accessible for travellers.

Yes the room was very clean and the entire place was very quiet. Plenty of parking space and staff were very helpful.

4/10 Fair

Room had a very strong cement smell that was made better if you have the ac on. Washroom was disgusting; lots of stains on the toilet, horrible pressure to the point were you have to wait about 10mins in between flushes, and even then it doesn’t flush properly. Other than the washroom and cement smell, the room was fine. A little on the small side but lots of restaurants nearby

It's a basic toast, cereal, muffin, hard boiled egg and coffee in a small room designed for take-out.Food was fresh and the room was clean.

Expensive for a dumpy motel in Guelph. Linens seemed clean. Served the one night purpose as we were travelling through. Breakfast was very continental. They had boiled eggs though! They were good. Had to take food and coffee back to room as they only had a couple tables to sit at. Coffee was good.

8/10 Very good

My room was clean and the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was the tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I would have liked those items to be refreshed daily. Also some repairs needed to be neaten up. I would still recommend this hotel for the price.

6/10 Good

The room was clean and beds comfortable. I wouldn't call it a breakfast but finger food. Coffee, muffins, bagels and fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't shower because of the shower head and taps needed upgraded. We were there for two days and got a 20.00 credit for not being able to shower. A very basic hotel.

6/10 Good

The room was in poor condition. The floor was carpeted and my wife's new slippers with white soles turned black from the dirt in the carpet. The tap at the sink was nice and modern but the water came out at 45 degrees so you had to use caution to avoid a soaking. That said, the very friendly staff did tell us they were under new ownership and rooms are being upgraded. Location, and parking were great and the room rate reflected the room's quality so we got what we paid for.
