This is my favorite hotel in Stuttgart! The location can't be beat - right off the Koenigstrasse (the main shopping drag). The breakfast buffet will blow your mind! Everything from nice german rolls, cheese and lunch meat at another level, to smoked salmon and accoutrements to cereal and yogurt. Eggs and coffee are ordered at the table. The staff is friendly and knowledgeble and will answer any questions you can think of. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms cleaner; everything is stowed away in nooks & crannies in the German way - no space wasted.

The breakfast was a disappointment, especialy the tea, which they could not make, as well as not serving tea in tea cups. I also found the fresh fruit to be second rate, that means it was not ripe, sweet and did not taste good. I did not find white toast either and did not bother to ask for that as well. The rrom was clean and fine, no issues there.

Very nice location, close the central station. Hotel is not brand new but very good price/quality. I especially like their breakfast buffet, you feel that they really prepare it with attention and love : ) Very friendly staffs there, too. Already stayed at this hotel twice I will defnitely come back if I am in Stuttgart.
