8/10 Very good

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much. But to my surprise, everything was just fine. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. I would stay again

8/10 Very good

Nice rooms, fridge available, comfy beds and decent showers. Only problem is no elevator for 2nd floor. And heavy doors to go through. Friendly helpful staff. Decent price. Right on the P20 bus line. Lots of restaurants in the area and Holyoke Mall is like a 5-10 min bus ride from the hotel.

The room was very clean. I was disappointed because on the website it said continental 😊breakfast but when I arrived the girl said they don't have it and there is nothing close, but overall I had a very pleasant stay!

There is working being done to the space infornt on the Hotel. That was poor driving in, potholes were trouble. The place we stayed was clean and kind and not bad to stay.

Property was in great condition. Rooms smelled of cigar/cigarette smoke but only mildly. Room otherwise was fine. In an unfortunate area of West Springfield but otherwise good access to the highway for transportation around western mass

My room was clean and quiet. Staff courteous and pleasant. It was the cheapest place I could find where I needed to be. So no suprise that the building looked worn and shabby.
