This property is not handicap accessible. No elevator. Only stairs. No notification of this deficit on advertising so guests needing those accommodations are not aware when making a reservation. I spoke to the desk clerk about my concerns and he assured me he would speak to the owner. The room was clean. Bathroom was small but had been updated and the toilet was at a comfortable height rather than the too low positions of many water saving toilets. The beds were old with threadbare sheets but clean.

First impression, nice location, nicely remodeled hotel. Great lobby, little cluttered. No elevator to the 3rd floor with my 89 yo father. You would not think the clerk would have noticed we both are partially disabled by the way we walked and at least have asked if we wanted a main floor room. The place was not crowded and there were rooms on the main floor. But we took the stairs and they were extremely dirty, probably vacuumed during the last tornado. Breakfeast was hot. Filling. Area was clean but the food trays were not attended to very well.

Checking in to the hotel was super easy and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. The downstairs of the hotel seemed nice and clean. The room however was a different story. There was stuff all over the floor. Including but not limited to toe nail clipping, pubes, and crumbs. The bed was not comfortable and they gave us 2 pillows that went flat. The bathroom had hair on the walls of the tub and on the toilet. I didn’t complain because I just needed a place to sleep. But we were sure to spend minimal time in the room.

We were never able to get wifi, and the coffee pods were used. Which is ok considering that the accessory packs for coffee weren't refilled either. No cups either, but if that's the worst thing, everything else was pretty good. Multiple options for eating, if you need a quick snack there's vending machines with microwave meals

The location of thia hotel was great, especially if you are going to a Chiefs game. The staff are extremely friendly. And that.....is it. The room was dirty, bed uncomfortable, the deadbolt wouldnt lock, the door had a gap so big I could fit a finger through it when closed. Parking was extremely limited. And for $120+ for 1 night, it was horrible.

This is by far the best all around experience I’ve had staying in the area. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The entire property is well maintained and very clean. I can’t honestly think of an area that deserves a less than excellent review. They have earned my business when I’m in town even if I have a longer commute.

Loved my stay! Area was nice with a lot of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel had just been recently remodeled and was very nice. The only complaint I had was the shower head was too low and wasn’t designed for a tall person. Other than that really enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean room with excellent WiFi, TV, and Keurig coffee maker. Broken front door entrance was a small nuisance, but unavailable breakfast was a disappointment. Excellent location with several restaurants within easy walking distance.
