The waitress was not very attentive. She did our order wrong and never Came back to check how we were. The gentleman at check in and assisting in bar and restaurant was wonderful and very accommodating

Arrived early 1pm room was however available . If we wanted to use it early we needed to pay 15 euros which we did as it had snowed and was cold . Check in is not until 5pm and you have to check out by 10 am , not even 24 hours ! Room was cold 17 degrees radiator did not work air conditioning unit inadequate for size of room . No tea / coffee facilities in room . Breakfast not included . We were moved to another room which was much warmer . However tap in bath was loose and shower leaked all over the side . Ate in the restaurant steak was tough and chips overcooked and dry . Staff were pleasant enough . We were so disappointed as Hôtel is such a lovely old building . Rooms need to be invested in .

Hotelværelserne vi havde virkede ikke rene. De ser klart bedre ud på billeder - detaljerne er dårligt lavede. Ufærdig finish overalt. Virker DIY. Man kan høre restauranten fra værelserne og det gav noget larm på en fredag da den er populær. Pga det oplevede vi også ikke at kunne parkere der, da der ikke er reserverede pladser til hotelgæsterne. Morgenmadsbuffetten blev ikke fyldt op i takt med gæsterne kom. Der manglede kaffekopper og den ene ansatte som var der, var svær at finde. Generelt synes vi ikke personalet var ret synlige og de virkede heller ikke særlig glade - ingen smil. Det udendørs område var fint og maden på restauranten god. Swimmingpoolen ret fyldt med insekter, men ellers med flot udsigt. Der var potentiale, men vi synes ikke pris og kvalitet harmonerer.

Hôtel pour une nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel : Les points forts : restaurant de grande qualité, chambre spacieuse, lit confortable. Les points à améliorer : l'accueil froid de la dame à mon arrivé, l'absence de café/thé dans la chambre, le bruit dans le couloir à 6h00.... En conclusion: Il faudrait mettre la partie hôtel au même niveau que celui du restaurant....

En déplacement pour le travail, déçue de ne pas avoir pu profiter du restaurant, pas de visite et d’accès à l’extérieur non plus dc direct dans la chambre. Très bruyant, pas de prise autour du lit, bruit de « ronflement » de la clim constamment même à l’arrêt. Déçue d’avoir mis le prix pour bien dormir et que ce ne soit pas le cas. Sinon l’accueil très agréable, le lieu est très beau de ce que j’ai vu.
