Very nice and clean. Had to pay $24 for two people to eat breakfast even though it was advertised at $10 a person. I was also told when I booked the room there would be a $20 room deposit. Great location to Duke University. Staff was always polite and would great you each time you entered the building. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast is a paid buffet. Not worth the price for the food selection. On a bright note, the lady who ran the breakfast was friendly and the dining area was clean.
