We started in a regular room in the larger building then moved to an oceanfront room is the Sea building. So glad we were able to make the switch. We spent several days on the beach and due to the room being right on the beach made for an easy back and forth. We'll definitely be back.

We absolutely LOVED John Yancey hotel! The beach access cannot be beat. We had sandwiches from the gas station stop and shop which were amazing and dinner at millers two nights in a row. Fabulous! The staff were all so sweet and amazing. We ended up staying an extra night because we loved it so much. We will absolutely be back! Breakfast and ice machine were also very very nice!

The location is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and had a large tub/shower. The beach was less than a minute walk. There was a very nice sitting area which was covered to sit and watch the sunrise/sunset. The only negative is the bathroom appeared to have mold growing on the ceiling.
