Lovely hotel

Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. Good size room with twin beds. Go for one with a lake view if possible.

部屋の水回りの部屋がカビ臭と点々と汚れがあったのが残念でした。それ以外はとても素晴らしくリラックスして過ごせました。大浴場は広々、お風呂前のカリン水もおいしく、お掃除のスタッフもとても親切でした。朝食もたくさんのおかずがおいしく、ご飯とお味噌汁、サラダ等おかわりできてお腹いっぱいで一日を始めることができて嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

快適に過ごせました。

お風呂部屋食事全てにおいて素晴らしかった。ただ、朝食時にお茶やご飯のおかわりの確認をしてくれるが、頻度が高く不快に思う人がいるかもしれない。

1人用としてもリーズナブルで快適な旅館

リーズナブルでもより快適にくつろぐこともできる温泉旅館でした。一人で利用しましたので、ベッド付きの一人用のお部屋でしたが、机も広く、きれいなお部屋でした。温泉も24時間で利用でき、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。駅にも近く、諏訪湖も眺めることができ、観光もしやすい場所にありました。朝食も美味しく、サービスも良かったため最高でした。 1人用のリーズナブルなお部屋でもグレードの高いお部屋でもまた利用したいと思います。
