A beautiful hotel in Osaka. Close to metro stations, buses, etc., but honestly also just a quick walk and you’re close to bars, restaurants and cafes. The staff were lovely and the onsen was a nice experience.

6/10 Good

While I could not fault the staff at all as they were so kind and helpful, I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel in general. The carpets in the corridor and room were covered in unknown stains and the spa bath was not very clean with the sides also covered in stains. The room itself was very comfortable but small with limited space to store luggage or clothing. While the hotel is in a good location and suitable for my needs it was over priced given the quality of the hotel overall.

Loved the large bath, beautiful breakfast buffet, very comfortable bed, overall excellent hotel. If in the future please consider putting a desk and a chair for work , instead of the current furniture.

Excellent hotel in a very nice area of Osaka. The architecture is wonderful, the rooms are nice (a little too small), the people very helpful (a little rude the breakfast manager), the common part very nice. Whenever I will go again to Osaka, it will be my choice !
