Couldn’t even check in. I think it’s a scam property.. no one answering the phone and no way to check in. Lost all my money and had to pay for another hotel. We we literally left out in the streets of Florence..

OTTIMA POSIZIONE, vicinanza dalla stazione e dal centro storico e ai servizi, supermercato e ristoranti vicino, appartamento pulito e funzionale allo scopo, personale cortese e disponibile, colazione inclusa in un bar ben fornito nelle immediate vicinanze.
