We were in town for a concert and just needed a room for one night. The location was great...close to the venue and several restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean. No frills, just the basics but got the job done. Would stay again.

Overall it was a nice stay. Booked for two nights. Negatives are they need more towels in the room and the beds are hard. I had a backache at the end of my stay. The bed are flat. Not very comfortable. It would be nice since there is a kitchenette to have some basic dishes and silverware in the room.

Avoid this place

The front desk gal was fairly new, didn’t know what she was doing and took forever to do the check in. Bed was hard as a rock, entire body hurt in the morning.Bedframe was cheap and the mattress slid when you sat down Huge stain on carpet in hallway, desk had a large burn mark on it and the two chairs in the room where kitchen chairs, one was peeling badly. Will not stay here again.

The smell of smoke and marajuana FILL into my room from a nearby room and I feel when it is smelled the staff should address it and do something about it because it is HORRIBLE especially for someone with health issues like myself. It’s so bad I had to stay gone half of the day.

Check in was great; the front desk attendant was helpful and courteous. I was disappointed with the lack of amenities. There was no blow dryer in the unit. Also, there weren't enough towels and washcloths. I was disappointed there was not bath items such as shampoo conditioner and body wash. Also the building smells like food and didn't smell clean. The elevator smelled like food.

The property smells like cigarettes and vaping all inside the hotel elevator, the bedroom and halway, the bed were rough and hurts our back after just one night. Can use new mattresses. It took 15min for a guess to give us 2 additional towels after I specifically told them that we were 4 in the room with just two towels. Overall I wouldn’t go back to that hotel nor recommend it to anybody.

Check in eas too slow as a new employee was being coached by an experienced employee and it was taking longer than expected. I was charged twice. I slso was told the third psrty will send a receipt. That is not accurate because i paid on site. The people above me were making excessive noise. This hotel is low budget and bare minimum. I will not stay at a hotel like this again.

Uncomfortable Room

My room was not ready upon arrival 45 minutes after check in time. I had to carry all my stuff in at 1 am once I returned from the football game. My bed had a mattress cover with a zipper and was very uncomfortable. There were no room darkening shades I was given 2 flat pillows. People above me were up all night. I slept 2 hours. I will never stay here again. Worth the extra money to stay at IHG or a classier hotel
