Our stay was nice overall and the ambience was calm( family friendly for our young one because it didn’t feel crowded). It’s easy to connect to the city center by public transport even though we had the option of driving ourselves around. Very good customer care/ the receptionist was will to offer us her packing space if we failed to get packing.

The staff at Quality Hotel 11 are wonderful - warm, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful weekend there, and definitely plan to go back. The hotel is beautifully designed, the breakfasts are fantastic, and I would highly recommend a stay there - particularly if you're going to an event at Eriksbergshallen!
