A really nice hotel, situated in a lovely area if you have a car, and it’s fantastic that the hotel has its own parking, which we made use of. The breakfast was excellent.

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was nice overall and the ambience was calm( family friendly for our young one because it didn’t feel crowded). It’s easy to connect to the city center by public transport even though we had the option of driving ourselves around. Very good customer care/ the receptionist was will to offer us her packing space if we failed to get packing.

They had closed the sauna, not because of service. The sauna was closed due to opening hours. That is just good enough, as a guest I expekt to use the sauna whenever I like. I do not recommend people to stay here because of this.

The staff at Quality Hotel 11 were excellent; friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their service was the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the property itself feels dated and could benefit from renovations and better upkeep. While the team does a great job, the hotel facilities do not quite match the level of service provided by the staff.

The room was dated, the air conditioning was poor, the bed was uncomfortable and the two pillows were of poor quality. Disappointed to be honest.
