The staff here were AMAZING! The valet, front desk, and restaurant staff were 10/10. The rooms are older (elevators no A/C) but are clean enough. The restaurant breakfast was a bit disappointing; would get breakfast elsewhere. Overall, a good stay; nothing bells and whistles, but fine.

Hotel was nice and close to Beale street and other amenities. When I got there the bathtub didn’t look so clean and I was offered a room upgrade, but I declined it. Staff was very friendly. I would never pay $5 for water though. I would stay again. Starbucks coffee served fresh downstairs was the best for me. Parking was valet or park across the street, which I did and it was safe (FREE ON WEEKENDS).

We were here for the weekend due to an Allstar cheerleading competition..in which all 8 of our teams won 1st place!!! This was a lovely hotel and there’s a lot of restaurants close by. It’s literally 2/3 mins from The Pyramid Bass Pro shop and the river park. I’d most definitely stay again!!
