We stayed for the F1 as it was affordable but I wouldn’t stay any other time. Location is brilliant right next to Clarke quay and 2 mins from MRT. Lobby and rooms are basic. The pool could be nice but needs a good clean and maintenance sunbeds are ripped and uncomfy. Room was ok but first day towels were changed but the bed wasn’t made. This could be a nice hotel in a good location but needs a lot of maintenance for that. No breakfast or bar available but there is a Starbucks 1 min away. For pool drinks take your own. No pool towels or glasses in the room

It feels like they bought this place just to rent out until it falls apart. The floor boards outside the rooms are loose. It smelled cigarette smoke in the room, but it came from the Aircon. The room has an odd smell, probably from mold. The wifi sucks. The bed is hard. The pool is not clean and small sized. The gym is working 30%. We only booked this because of the pool but it was not to our satisfaction. It seemed to be fair priced but I would say it's expensive for what you get for your money. We wanted extra pillows and got it so all was not bad. The location was quite ok. They have nice restaurants around the hotel but quite pricy.
