Great location, cute space, extremely specious room by NYC standards, and I loved having access to the guest lounge to enjoy coffee and get some work done! Perfect spot if you're doing some shopping or catching a Broadway show!

Comfortable place. Staff was great. Location was phenomenal. However, they should stop advertising the included breakfast - it’s a tray of scones/ danish which aren’t that great.

I cannot say enough about the team at the property. Each and every team member was incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous. I want to especially call out Melissa at the front desk. Every morning she greeted us with a smile, made sure we didn’t forget our umbrella when it was going to rain, and gave amazing recommendations for what to see in the city. We will absolutely be back!

8/10 Very good

The rooms are small, and there wasn't much of a point to the window in ours, as the next building was right outside it, but it was a good location and the bed and shower were good. Had a couple of snags when we checked in (the room was cold and the City hadn't turned on the heat yet; the weekend happy hour had been canceled), but the staff took care of both issues. Only major problem was the bed frame. Because it is a platform-stye frame that sticks out from around the mattress, and the supports are at the very corners of it, you will smash your toes and ankles on it. Multiple times. It will hurt.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location and the coffee machine in the guest lounge made great coffee that I had never seen before. Not Kuerig but foil packets. Hot Chocolate up there was great for my son.
