Suburban Extended Stay Of Wilmington

Had a great time

Overall it was an ok stay. However the front desk person “Elizabeth” it’s not able to multitask. Took about ten minutes to check out. She answered the phone and was making a two room reservation on the phone while one person was there to “fix” a billing issue and two other people was waiting. It’s appears that what is important would be the contractors that are coming into town. Even heard her say “oh you should contact our sales person so you can get the corporate rate, versus the fluctuation rate”. Also being there for a week, we did not qualify for house keeping which meant we had to bring dirty towels to the front desk for new ones.

Nothing special about it just average

First impression wasn’t so good, this place needs updates. Not paint but carpet, appliances, bathrooms, door frames and locks. The door frame had a huge crack in it allowing roaches to come in. We left at 10:30 pm after noticing this. They need an exterminator!!!! and better house keeping.
