The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own.
