Not at all like a 3-star hotel!

The hotel had no sound isolation, one could hear lots of noises from other rooms and outside. Also the cleaning staff talked loudly in the corridors from early morning! The breakfast was horrible, the lowest quality breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. I do not understand how the hotel was a 3-star, it had quality of a 2-star or lower!

Staff were not friendly, towels were worn (holes) They were saving pennies here. Location was great for dining but VERY loud at night. Thought we had booked a room with a balcony but it was just a rail over a window.
