My husband and I have stayed multiple days on two different occasions. We have been pleased with the cleanliness, the helpful, friendly staff and the convenience of the kitchen. Both times, we stayed here because our daughter was in the hospital. The hotel having everything so convenient is a blessing when we were worried about a loved one! PS parking was very easy!

If this hadn't been the only hotel that could accommodate our family of six in the exact location we needed, I would have requested a refund and stayed somewhere else. The hotel was very dirty, and the bathroom was extremely run-down. The sink cabinet doors were barely hanging on, and the bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the second floor every time someone stepped in it. The carpet was heavily stained and looked filthy. I honestly can't believe we stayed there. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was terrible. the springs dug into our shoulders all night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The one thing this hotel has going for it is the room size. It comfortably fit our family of six, which was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the poor condition and cleanliness of the hotel.

There were no utensils or drinking glasses. The shower wasnt the cleanest. There was only about six inches between the wall a/c and the bed. The other side was okay. Located near train tracks. Ibdrove nearly ten hours the day I stayed. Was worn out. The train whistling woke me up at least twice. For an extended stay hotel, I wasnt overly please.to be clear, the staff was great. The room and location? Not so much. Would I stay sgain? No.

Everything was really nice. It was clean. And there was covering over the mattress & box springs. Which I really liked. The room had a complete kitchen in it. Which I wasn't expecting. The room was big. The bed was conformable. It was a lot more than I was expecting. I would give it an 8.5 rating. Out of10. A very nice hotel. I would stay there again. And I would recommend it.

The building is outdated and has a bad smell. The rooms were dirty/dusty/stained. The breakfast included is only processed snacks and coffee, no hot breakfast included. Pool is closed. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because our room did include a stove and full sized fridge for anyone who has a long stay.
