Great location west of Calgary for easy travel to Banff but would recommend Canmore or Braggs Creek. The hotel has a good bar and restaurant so no need to leave the hotel to get something to eat. We were away for over two weeks so the use of the laundry room was so convenient for us, meaning we didn’t need to take any dirty laundry home. We used the pool and jacuzzi which was very warm at 40.c. There is ample parking, with amenities close by, fuel station, McDonald’s, A&W, and a liquor store. The Calgary ski jumps are to the rear of the hotel, but a real shame they are no longer being used, you cannot even travel up the ski jumps anymore

The room was super clean and it was great that I’ve had a balcony. We stayed on the third floor. Everything was very accessible. The only complaint I really had was that Expedia told us breakfast was included which it was not and the buffet was sort of expensive for mediocre food.

Staff was amazing at the front desk. Made us feel welcome and got us in the room a bit early after flying all day. One elevator was down to had to walk to other end of hotel to get to our room. Room was nice but needs a bit of updating and repairs in the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and slept well. Was quiet and great location
